2.Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. You won't be charged for any product until it's shipped to you.Our shipping charges are based on the method of service and the location. To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once.

3.Ship by Air express,like USPS,EMS,DHL,TNT etc.They are door to door service.According to different country,we will choose most convenient Air express for you.

4.When you finish your order,we will begin processing your order within 2 hours.It usually takes 1-2 working days to prepare your orders.

5.Every item you purchase at Fashion Running Shoes shop will be shipped out within 3 days and you will receive it in 10-15 days.

6.We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.Please make sure your shipping address is correct and deliverable.

7.We will provide the tracking number and track links via email to you.

How do I track my shipment?

  We ship your purchase before the end of the next business day after you have checked-out.We would send you an e-mail with the tracking number so you can check the progress of your delivery at the carrier's web site.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?

  Please allow up to 15 business days for your item to be delivered.If it still does not arrive,please reach us by clicking the contact us button on the website.We will get back to you shortly.

How do I ship items to a different address?

  During our checkout process,specify where you want your purchase to be shipped.It can be different from your credit card billing address.You may specify any ship-to street address.

Shipping Methods

  All packages are processed and shipped Monday through Friday from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm PST. We do not offer shipping or delivery on weekends or holidays. Should you place your order after hours, on a weekend or holiday, your order will be processed and shipped the following business day.

Exchange

  To exchange a product peals email us and inform us of the reason.We will then provide you with further instructions.The goods can be exchanged within 8 days of the receipt date provided they are unworn and in the original condition with all the original packaging.When returning an item for an exchange,please ensure that your name,address,phone number and instructions are clearly indicated.All shipping costs associated with the exchange of goods are the responsibility of the consumer.

Returns

  As your complete satisfaction is our top priority for long-term business between us,we offer the return and exchange instruction.Before you want to return goods,please contact us via email to discuss the problem you are having first.Most of the time we can solve the problem by giving technical support and you needn't to send anything back.

Cancellation

  If you wish to cancel your order from our shop,please email us ASAP.You could cancel the order before the item being dispatched. 

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  Fashion Running Shoes shop is not responsible for lost or damaged items in transit. A shipping confirmation email is sent once your order is shipped. This email includes the order details with the tracking information to track your order. If the shipment tracking status shows 'Delivered' and the shipment is still 'lost' for reasons such as if the buyer is not available to recieve the package OR if the shipment is left at doorstep,Fashion Running Shoes shop is not responsible for the shipment becoming lost or stolen in these conditions. It is the buyer's responsibility to make proper arrangements for receieving the expected package.
